What do Direct Hire Recruiters do?

Match qualified talent with great job opportunities for our light industrial staffing clients.
Develop recruiting strategies on behalf of our clients, conduct interviews with candidates, and prepare candidates for client interviews.
Establish relationships with clients and ensure an overall positive client experience.
Post job advertisements on job boards, search online databases for candidates, and attend hiring events as needed.
Assist candidates with resume creation, refinement, and submittal to clients.
Conduct discovery meetings with new clients and establish relationships.
