Marketing Manager – Brand and Customer Experience (Finance)
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a high customer orientation, strong problem solving abilities, project management skills and be able to translate customer and field insights into actionable project plans to deliver on the customer experience strategy. The desired candidate is a well-rounded sales or marketing professional with experiences in problem solving, project management, customer experience, digital, innovation and strategic leadership. Candidates should have a strong track record of execution of sales and marketing campaigns with proven results.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand, Product and Service Development and Deployment - Lead the development and deployment of brand, product and service solutions/programs offered short, mid and long term; building on the digital and retail customer experience.
Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation - Understand customer segments, pain points and MPVs to clearly define the right service opportunities & programs that could be developed and delivered to customers to improve their overall customer experience.
New Sales Growth - Support Architectural Coatings sales process with an objective of using value-added programs to increase customer sales through customer centric solutions that achieve profitable growth and expand share of wallet.
PPG Process Development - Manage the development of internal processes and build support relationships necessary to implement and continuously support service solutions & programs
