Candidates must be able to work and think independently. Strong organizational and time management skills are critical, as multi-tasking is essential to monitor and engage with the overall portfolio. They must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. It is important that the candidate is comfortable navigating data, particularly within Microsoft Excel. A background in finance, particularly exposure to capital markets or investment due diligence, is preferable but not necessary as long as the candidate can quickly understand the importance of the data and how to translate it into meaningful output. Exposure to portfolio construction and wealth management is also a plus. Associates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
