Gender Equality Fellow (Education)
Summary
The Gender Equality Fellow will work with the Associate Vice President, Gender Equality and the members of the SCUS' Gender Equality Hub. The Gender Equality Hub, a cross-divisional, cross-functional group, oversees the development and implementation of the Gender Equality Strategy to ensure that SCUS takes the necessary steps to be an organization which lives and breathes its gender equality principles.
Responsibilities
The Summer 2019 Gender Equality Fellow will work with the US Domestic Programs group in conducting a gender analysis of existing programs to understand how gender equality considerations are integrated at each stage of program design and implementation. The fellow will work with qualitative and quantitative data from existing research to understand gendered impacts of SCUS domestic programs on children and their families.
