Therapy Compliance Specialist (Healthcare)



American Senior Communities is now hiring a Therapy Compliance Specialist

Must have an active, Indiana Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology License 

The Therapy Compliance Specialist supports the Therapy Departments of American Senior Communities by auditing, analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation.  The Therapy Compliance Specialist assesses risk and recommends opportunities to strengthen internal control structures and delivery of services. 

Requirements

  • Graduate from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology program (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency for SLPs). 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a treating therapist.
  • Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays. 
  • Compliance experience is strongly preferred.
