KCP COE Ops/IT Champion (Finance)
This role will be the overall enterprise-wide Operations and IT project lead, including international responsibilities as defined by the solution. It is responsible for all coordination activities across varying operational groups and IT to enable unified solution delivery as well as contribution to overall solution architecture. The position is accountable to keep operational project execution, timelines and quality adherence on track within Equifax, for assigned account(s).
Responsibilities:
• Works collaboratively to coordinate project solution activity within and across all enterprise-wide operational groups, including internationally, and IT to drive unified solution delivery for customer projects on assigned account(s). Serves as the escalation point for all operational issues on the account.
• Garners and maintains a thorough understanding of the existing solution, accesses impact of change management activities and corresponding implications for client use to determine the least cost channel to support the overall solution.
• Develops operational standards and procedures for the account.
• Collaborates on SOW and SLA agreement development. Accountable for governance of SLA adherence at the operational level; timing and quality of deliverables. -Communicates priorities & schedules of operational projects across operational groups and IT.
• Regularly consults with enterprise-wide operational business units and holds periodic operational reviews to continually improve operational efficiency for the account.
• Supports the sales relationship team and enterprise solution enabler role by providing overall operational expertise and providing operational status reporting for the account.
• Participates in client calls or meetings, as requested by the sales relationship team.
Qualifications:
• Experience in data management solution delivery; custom & packaged software solutions
• Knowledgeable and experienced with data management solution technologies (i.e. relational databases, BI tools, CDI tools, ETL tools, etc.)
• MS Office suite including Powerpoint, Excel & Project
• Understanding of & experience with SDLC process
• Proven ability to coordinate operational activity across cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Proven project management experience and skills
• Understanding and adherence to quality methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• International Business Acumen, as needed
• PMP (Project Mgmt Professional) certification desired
• Ability to recognize and effectively manage cultural differences in an international business environment
• 7-10 years related experience,
• Bachelor's degree required
