Suburban's Watertown, NY location is a thriving and fast-paced market, driven by dynamic leadership and fluid teamwork. Our Customer Account Administrators handle detailed administrative and operational procedures and collaborate with other Customer Service Center (CSC) staff to ensure excellent customer service and retention, and promote new customer acquisition. They are responsible individuals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking.
